Can I preview my artwork before receiving it? Answer: Yes. Once your painting is ready, we will take a photo of your painting and send it for your confirmation. Most of our customers are happy with their first preview. But if you are dissatisfied with any part of the painting, we will improve it for you until you are completely satisfied with your painting. What is the turnaround time? Answer: Usually 1 1/2 weeks painting, then we email you. As soon as you approve, and submit final payment it is shipped. Shipping takes 1-1 1/2 weeks How do I send my photographs? Answer: You can send your photos via email. Please send it to orders@OilPaintPortrait.com. We can start to paint for you immediately. What you need to do is send us your images by email. And tell us what you want. What format should it be when i send my photos? Answer: You may send your photos in .jpeg, .gif, .bmp, or .tiff. As clear as possible, no matter how big the file is. The better the image is, the better the reference the artist will have to create your painting. Do your artists sign my paintings? Answer: It is up to you. Can you combine images from more than one photograph into a single painting? Answer: Not only can we paint any photo but also can change any existing painting or photograph as per your instructions. We can add your photo into a painting, we can paint your photo into any style, we can change a painting to fit your colors and more and more. Do not asking "if we can" do something - because the answer will always be "yes". How you pack my painting ? Answer: To make sure that the products are well protected in the way of shipping, we offer different safe ways of package which are based on different kinds of products. Rolled in hard paper tubes. Our hard paper tubes are very solid with iron pieces covering on two sides. We have both thick and thin types of paper tubes. Paintings will be firstly packed with a thin plastic layer between each other professionally, and then rolled in the paper tubes. Such kind of package is recommended for shipping1-6 unframed oil paintings. Rolled in plastic tubes. Solid professional plastic tubes which are specially designed for shipping oil paintings. We have three kinds of plastic tubes: thin, thick and overstricking. The length of the tubes can be adjusted to cater for different sizes of paintings. Paintings will be firstly packed with a thin plastic layer between each other professionally, and then rolled in the tubes. Such kind of package is recommended for shipping 5-30 paintings without frames. Package for big bundles of paintings If you order for more than 30 unframed paintings, we would package them in the following way: paintings will be firstly packed with a thin plastic layer between each other professionally, then all rolled firmly in plastic cloth, finally rolled and bound with canvas. Packaged in hard paper boxes Such kind of package way is specially designed for the mounted and framed oil paintings. If you only want to order few paintings, we don't really recommend you to frame your paintings, as it might cause expensive shipping fee and might damage your paintings. However, those paintings with sizes below 20x24 are safe to be shipped with frames on. Note: According to the regulations of Shipping Services Company, the shipping fee will be counted based on the bulk of the painting if the paintings actual weight is less than its bulk weight which is calculated in the following way: Bulk Weight(kg) = Length (cm) x Width (cm)x Height (cm) /6000 Packaged in wooden boxes This package way is recommended for framed paintings with big sizes, sculptures, and other artworks. How much are the shipping charges? Answer: Only USD 25 for the first painting, We will ship your package by express company. Such as DHl, TNT, UPS, EMS and so on. Usually 5-6 business days to your door. It is the fastest way. What methods of payment do you accept? Answer: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, through Google Checkout and PayPal.
